Thrifting in Kelowna

Kelowna is unusually well suited to a multi-stop thrift day because local shops naturally form clusters around downtown, Rutland, Pandosy and the Landmark area. The city’s own thrift community has also organized a Thrift Trail, which makes it easier to identify independent and nonprofit stores beyond the national chains.

Downtown leans toward curated vintage and fashion resale, Rutland has several traditional thrift stores and nonprofit shops, and Pandosy is useful for consignment, vintage furniture and higher-end resale. Choosing one or two clusters is usually more efficient than driving back and forth across the city.
